We’re celebrating an occasion, how can I make things more special?

We offer a selection of celebration packages to bring extra sparkle to your day. They change slightly year-on-year, and for summer 2024 they’ll be available to view and book from April onwards. It takes us time to arrange personalised celebration packages to perfection, so please email sales@obeachibiza.com seven days before your visit for guaranteed delivery.

We understand that some great ideas come at the 11th hour, so if you didn’t manage to organise a package in advance just speak to your host on arrival at the venue. If you’d like to send a thoughtful gesture from afar, give our reservations team a call and they can help you organise this, sending a payment link via email.

Celebration packages are ONLY available guests with a bed.

Can you explain the cover charge/min spend?

Absolutely! When you book a bed at O Beach Ibiza, the total amount chargeable includes:

The cover charge
This is your entry fee, plus the cost of hiring the bed for the day.

The minimum spend
Think of this like a tab that can be used to purchase food and drink. You can redeem minimum spend on drinks packages too, but not celebration packages—those are charged separately.

The service charge
This is divided between all of our wonderful staff, who each contribute to making your experience iconic.
It’s always discretionary but always appreciated and we always try to go the extra mile for you all.

Can I get on the guestlist?

Nice try! The O Beach Ibiza guestlist operates on internal referrals ONLY—the DJ’s Mom, for example.

Do you have gluten-free food options?

Yes we do! Please email reservations@obeachibiza.com for a copy of our menu.

Which event is the best one to attend?

Every single one of our parties is fabulous. As a testament to this, we have guests who choose to come back a few times a summer to experience different events—if you’re able to do it, don’t think twice and join on different dates.

What are your opening/arrival times?

Our doors open at 1pm.

If you have a bed booking with us, get down before 3pm. If you don’t and haven’t contacted us with an estimated time of arrival, we’ll assume you couldn’t make it and we might resell your bed. 

Our queue can lengthen quickly, and on busy days waiting times can be long, so we’d recommend arriving as early as possible. Spend less time standing in line, and more time partying poolside.

If I have a bed booking, can extra friends join me by purchasing dance floor tickets?

All you dance floor ticket holders are invited (and expected) to enjoy your day to the max, but your ticket won’t allow you to add on to a bed. All of our beds and tables are made to suit a specified number of guests, you see.

Good to know: Our individual sun loungers are suitable for a maximum of 1 person—make sure you book the right number of loungers to accommodate each person in your group. For example, if you’re coming with two friends (three guests attending in total), then book three separate loungers.

I’m buying a dance floor ticket, will there be somewhere to sit?

We designed our venue with all-day dancing in mind, including a pool to refresh in. There’s no dedicated seating for dance floor ticket holders but we do have a small selection of spaces you can perch. Most sun-seekers tend to sit around the edge of the pool, just watch out for the sprinklers!

Our restaurant was recently refurbished and comes with comfy seating. If you book a restaurant table ahead of arrival, you’ll pay a €25 deposit and commit to a €50pp minimum spend. We recommend booking in advance, but we know some plans are last-minute so we’ll make room for you as quickly as we can—reservation or not.

Can I buy a VIP wristband?

Our VIP section is a pretty special place so it’s natural that everybody wants in, but only those with a VIP bed booking can access the area.

If you have friends who’ve booked a VIP bed and you’d like to join the party, send an email to reservations@obeachibiza.com—no promises, but let’s chat.

What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?

We party on!

Beautiful Ibiza gives us over 300 days of sunshine but rain is inevitable a few times during summer. If there’s a downpour in the morning, our team channels plenty of positive energy and fully unites for a little sunshine dance—this works almost every time and the sky usually clears by the afternoon. On the few occasions they don’t, the club will still open and it’s business as usual.

Our DJs will play uplifting music, our waiting staff will keep the food and drink coming and the atmosphere will be memorable.

No rain, no rainbow.

Can I wear a veil/matching accessories with my friends?

Itinerary planners listen closely because we have a strict policy in place around fancy dress: please don’t wear it.

Cue the exception… Anyone with a cowboy or captain hat featuring ‘Bride’ will be welcomed with open arms alongside other guests, but veils, sashes, crowns, badges, inflatables and slogan tops/swimsuits/speedos won’t make it past our Door Host. Face and body paint won’t either, but a little glitter never hurt anybody!
We’ll kindly ask you to remove unaccepted accessories and look after them until you’re ready to leave.

We recognise the urge for something a little ‘extra’ when on holiday, but rules are rules! Instead, immerse yourself in our shows and find joy in the incredible costumes our performers wear.

I’m staying at a THB hotel, how do I claim free entry into the club?

If you booked a stay at THB Ocean Beach Hotel, the Naeco or Los Molinos (either through our website or the hotel’s) you’ll receive for FREE entry to O Beach Ibiza entry Monday to Saturday, and 50% off Sunday’s dance floor ticket price—all before 5pm.

Alternatively, you’re entitled to cover charge removal on your first bed booking with a minimum spend (this doesn’t apply to loungers).

You can pre-book general O Beach Ibiza entry at your hotel’s front desk on the day before the event you’re attending. Don’t attempt to book online or through us, and don’t leave it until the last minute!

The cover charge benefit is applied per room booked during your stay. When you make your hotel booking, you’ll be sent a discount code and the hotel’s reservations team will explain what you’re entitled to. You’ll then be asked to book online using the code, which should remove the cover charge for you automatically. Make sure you book in advance!

Good to know: Although the THB Ocean Beach Hotel has a similar name to us, and located just next door, it’s not the official O Beach Ibiza hotel—we’re just really good friends. That’s why the O Beach Ibiza Reservations team aren’t to help with any hotel queries, so If you didn’t receive your code or have questions about your hotel booking, please contact the THB team team directly on reservations@oceanbeachhotelibiza.com
