So, what better way to celebrate this highly anticipated partnership than with some Summer Cocktail inspiration for your upcoming parties.

Okay, you don’t need to be royalty to drink this but the Au Blue Raspberry Cocktail is the first on our list having become a firm favourite for our hosts & hostesses.
Au Blue Raspberry Cocktail
Crafted with one of AU vodka’s most popular flavours, one sip of this brilliant blue raspberry cocktail will instantly transport you to the Balearics.
Ingredients:
- 50ml AU blue raspberry
- 25ml Lemon Syrup
- Sicilian lemonade
- Fresh raspberries and lemon
Method:
- Muddle some fresh raspberries
- Add 50ml of Au Vodka Blue Raspberry & 25ml of Lemon Syrup to your shaker with ice, and shake until frosted
- Add to your glass and top with Sicilian lemonade
- Garnish with a slice of lemon

Au Watermelon Mojito
A summer classic with a pool party twist! Vibrant green, the Au Vodka watermelon mojito hits different with its refreshing taste.
Ingredients:
- 50ml au green watermelon
- 50ml apple juice
- 25ml kiwi syrup
- Fresh mint
Method:
- Take a unique twist on the traditional Cuban mojito by using 50ml Au Vodka Green Watermelon, 50ml Apple Juice, 25ml Kiwi Syrup with fresh mint leaves and add to your shaker
- Shake till frosted over
- Pour into your glass with crushed ice
- Top with fresh mint leaves.
Golden Hour
Last but most definitely not least, if you’re after a show-stopping cocktail to impress your garden party guests then the Au Golden Sunrise is the one for you, featuring edible gold leaf to wow your guests. If you’re anything like us and enjoy an extra taste of luxury then this one’s for you!
Au Golden Sunrise
Much like our Giant Au Gold Bottle that hovers over O Beach Club at ON111, this cocktail will have you thirsty for more with its sweet notes on your tongue.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Au Vodka original
- 120ml fresh orange juice
- 15ml grenadine
- Orange slice for garnish
- Top with edible gold leaf
Method:
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Pour the Au Vodka Original over the ice and then top with the freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Add the grenadine and allow it to sink to the bottom of the glass to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with an orange wedge or edible gold leaf for that extra Au touch
