Located on the front line of the sea, Sa Escollera is a little known treasure where you drink dine and be merry all with perfect views. We advise that you book in advance as they are well renowned for serving the best paella and better still you are just a few steps to the white sand of Es Cavallet Beach. Offering a seasonal menu, Sa Escollera’s food is labelled as ´Mediterranean fusion’ as you’ll find other cuisine such as their speciality sushi also on the menu. They have a terraced area where sometimes you can find live music, laughter and obviously with the Ibicencan sun is always present.

From the farm to the table. This restaurant offers a really basic but good quality cuisine on the grill. Local meat from its farm, seasonal vegetables served with typical Spanish sauces like Alioli or Salsa de Romesco. Hystorically, Can N’Alfredo lives up to its name thanks to its  reputation after almost 40 years of serving Ibicencan cuisine. The venue is located in the famous Vara de Rey centre of Ibiza town and has hosted many big names that could be listed from nowadays  to back in the 70’s. Founded in 1934, Ca N’Alfredo is well-known for staying loyal to its traditional Ibicencan cuisine. That’s the reason why the Mixed Fish and Seafood grill or Grouper and Anglerfish stew with “Pedro Ximenez” are really popular. A few steps from the Ibiza port, Ca N’alfredo also offers a unique range of flavours as well as a list of classic champagnes and wines.

This is the bar where locals and tourists merge together while sharing glasses of red wine or a cup of good coffee. Es Mercat’s variety of stylish dishes celebrate the wonders of nature and are brimming with Spanish soul. The obligatory Coca of Roasted Vegetables and Goat’s Cheese with Olive Sprinkle sets the scene. Some of the many highlights include the ´Jordi’s eggs’ selection, the crunchy prawns with teriyaki sauce or the Grandma’s Flaó. A must go for a nice balance between good vibes and stunning food.
