Your 2021 O Beach Ibiza questions answered

We really want to make new memories with you and we bet you can’t wait for the day you can be reunited with your favourite island sharing new moments with your loved ones while sipping cocktails under the Mediterranean sunshine.

As we consider ourselves the ultimate memory makers we have gone live with our 2021 bookings and we are busy behind the scenes preparing O Beach Ibiza for your visits this summer so you and your faves can have something exciting to look forward to and let’s face it something else to talk about (lockdown chat is overrated!)

We are excited to see that many of you have booked already, or are thinking about booking and some of you have reached out to us with some very good questions. So we have collated some of the most frequently asked below to make things a little easier.

I’ve made a 2021 booking, can I move it to a different date?

We understand that while we are still in a little bit of a strange time plans may need to change. So to make life as easy and as flexible as possible for you we promise to allow any booking that has been made for 2021 to be moved to another date in 2021 or 2022. You MUST however ensure you make the change within up to 48 hours before the event you are due to attend, if not unfortunately we will not be able to move it for you.

If I’m unable to make my booking, can I get a refund?

Our deposits are non-refundable, HOWEVER if you’re unable to attend your booking due to government restrictions on travel from your country that come into place after you’ve booked which prevent you from entering Spain you may be entitled to a refund.

If in the event your flights are cancelled and you can send us proof of this cancellation you will also be eligible for a refund also.

Please contact [email protected] in either of these instances and they will be able to help facilitate that refund.

How can I use my voucher?

For those of you that have a voucher issued in 2020 you are able to use that voucher for any booking in 2021, subject to availability. You can make your new booking via our website using your unique voucher code.

Can I buy tickets/get general admission?

Currently we are only selling beds for summer 2021 but as soon as we are given the go ahead for general admissions, our tickets will be back online and we will be shouting out loud about it so follow our social media channels and join our newsletter to be the first to know!

Will there be any restrictions in summer 2021?

We are fully committed to having safety as a number one priority while still ensuring some of the fun stuff doesn’t get left behind. You can feel confident in us that we will keep up to date with any health and safety regulations and we will fully implement anything that is required to keep you safe. We will notify you with any changes to these measures in full accordance to the Balearic government protocols on our T&Cs.

If there are restrictions in place when I visit O Beach Ibiza in 2021, will I still have a good time?

Despite the restrictions that we had in place in 2020 we are proud to say that we’re in the business of ensuring you have the ultimate day club experience so you can rest assured that no matter the rules, we’ll help you create Ibiza memories you’ll cherish forever.

Here at O Beach Ibiza we are looking forward to welcoming back tourists to Ibiza to enjoy what is looking set to be the most anticipated summer of all time. 2020 saw O Beach Ibiza adapt its business model against all odds to operate the venue at a different tempo. This was of course done in order to co-exist with the Covid-19 health and safety measures, but the recent positive news regarding the current situation and travel alludes to a more normal looking summer for 2021. O Beach Ibiza is ready to open the doors for a summer of memory making.

What we are trying to say is despite any hurdles we’ll still be ready to ensure you get the holiday you deserve! Our impeccable waiting staff will always be on hand to make sure you receive the royal treatment; our culinary rockstars will deliver the finest food and our expert bar teams will keep the delicious cocktails flowing not to mention our brilliant DJs always know exactly which track you need to hear and when.
